We offer payment upon delivery if you’d like. We’d just need your name, address and phone number to place your order by phone.


How Long Does It Take For Delivery?


Golen Mattress normally offers free same-day delivery in Chicago if the mattress you’d like to order is available in stock. If it’s not available, we can deliver the next business day. 


How’s The Quality?


Our mattresses are high quality and built with 100% brand new materials. You’re covered by a 1 year warranty in case the mattress sinks in, the stitches start coming off, or the coils start popping out.


What Is Your Delivery Fee Outside Of Chicago?


Golen Mattress offers free delivery in Chicago and close suburbs such as Evergren Park, Oak Lawn, Bedford Park, Summit, Oak Park, Berwyn, Cicero, and Lincolnwood. If you live further, please call us to give you an estimated delivery fee. 312-722-7145.


What Kind Of Mattresses Do You Sell?


Golen Mattress has available 13’’ thick pillow top, 15’’ pillow top double sided, 12’’ memory foam, 9’’ classic premium and 9’’ basic mattresses in stock in sizes king, queen, full, and twin.





How Do I Pay?


If you’re using the option payment upon delivery, you can pay cash, Zelle transfer, or card. Please note that paying by card will be subject to taxes fees.


What Is Covered By The Warranty:


If a defect occurs during the 1-Year warranty period, Golen Mattress shall, at its discretion, repair or replace your mattress or foundation after a complete inspection and determination that the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect during normal use. Transportation costs of the product to and from the store or factory, as applicable, are not covered by this limited warranty and are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the identical product is not available Golen Mattress may substitute a product of comparable value.


What Is Not Covered By The Warranty?


  • Claims made by someone other than the original purchaser.
  • Structural damage from using an improper bed frame or support system.
  • Product that is burned or in an unsanitary condition, even if the product is defective. Product that is soiled or stained (bodily fluid, food stains, etc.) shall be considered to be in an unsanitary condition.
  • Damage due to abuse such as bending, standing or jumping on the mattress.
  • Comfort or firmness preference of the product.
  • Mattress fabric.
  • Sagging or body impressions. They are an indication that the upholstery layers are conforming to your body’s individual contours.
  • Models received as promotional items such as box springs, and rails.
  • Handles and corners guards.
  • Transportation cost of the product to and from the store or factory, as applicable.

How To Claim A Warranty?

If you discover a defect in your mattress or foundation, please contact Golen Mattress support at 312-722-7145. A copy of the original bill of sale is needed to determine the original date of purchase and the purchase price. The label containing the model name and the law label must be attached to identify the bedding and validate this limited warranty. You must be the original purchaser of the product and provide the law label for this limited warranty to be valid.




How Do I Initiate A Return?

You may exchange your mattress once, with a return fee of $100. If the identical product is not available we may substitute a product of comparable value. Golen Mattress is unable to exchange mattresses in unsanitary conditions, even if the product is defective. Product that is soiled or stained (bodily fluid, cigarette, food stains, etc.) shall be considered to be in an unsanitary condition. We highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to help keep your new mattress clean. We recommend keeping all original tags on your mattress. If you remove the law tag from the mattress or foundation, it will void the warranty.

Are The Mattresses Brand New?

Mattresses are 100%  brand new, they’re in plastic with labels and warranty. 


Do You Offer Financing? 

At the moment we don’t offer financing due to our low prices.


Will You Remove My Old Bedding?

We will not remove or take old mattresses. My apologies.


What If I Don’t Like The Mattress I Received?

If you don’t like the mattress you received, you will not have to pay for it. Please let the driver know, and he will take it back. It’s our responsibility to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase.
